About This Statement

This statement is made voluntarily in the spirit of Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. While our organisation does not meet the turnover threshold that makes an annual statement a legal requirement, we believe transparency and ethical practice are fundamental to who we are, and we publish this statement as a mark of that commitment. It is reviewed and updated annually.

Our Organisation

Inclura Health provides ADHD assessment, support, and related services. Our team includes clinical and professional staff, and we work with a small number of trusted suppliers and partners, including:

• Clinical and professional practitioners
• Technology and software providers
• Administrative and support services
• Marketing and website service providers

As a service-based organisation, our supply chain is short and low-risk compared to industries such as manufacturing. However, we recognise that no organisation is immune, and we remain vigilant.

Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to ensuring the same standards from everyone who works with us or supplies us.

Our Policies and Practices

• Fair recruitment. All team members are recruited directly and lawfully. We verify identity and the right to work for everyone we engage, and no fees are ever charged to candidates.
• Fair pay and conditions. Everyone working with us is paid fairly, at or above applicable legal minimums, with clear written terms.
• Supplier due diligence. Before engaging suppliers or partners, we consider their reputation and ethical standards, and we expect them to comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to labour and human rights.
• Whistleblowing and reporting. Anyone working with us can raise concerns about unethical practice, exploitation, or wrongdoing confidentially and without fear of reprisal.
• Safeguarding. As an organisation working with potentially vulnerable people, safeguarding is central to our operations, and our team is alert to signs of exploitation or coercion in those we serve as well as those we work with.

Risk Assessment

We assess our exposure to modern slavery risk annually. Given the nature of our work — professional services delivered by qualified staff — we assess our overall risk as low. The areas we monitor most closely are outsourced services and any new supplier relationships.

Training and Awareness

Our team is made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, how to recognise potential signs of exploitation, and how to report concerns.
